After a career in teaching, it was my life long held passion for pets of all kinds and an interest in their behaviour that lead me take my Foundation Degree in Animal Health and Welfare in preparation for starting my business. The course covers all aspects including Husbandry, Conservation Biology, Animal Welfare, Veterinary Science and Anatomy & Physiology. I have acted as a volunteer for a number of animal welfare organisations and a Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centres along with a period of work experience with a local Veterinary Practice.
I hold a CPD accredited Canine First Aid qualification and a Cat and Dog Basic First Aid Certificate from the Coleg Gwent.
In addition, I’m DBS (Police checked) and the business is fully insured.
